Four women, including Bezalel herself, discuss and reflect on myths and stereotypes often associated with being a lesbian. Tearing the Veil’s upbeat and funny tone accentuates the celebration of lesbianism implicit in the project. The soundtrack of this short piece is provided by Kwanzaa, a multicultural women's drumming group from Burlington, Vermont.
