No Small Change is a documentary about the experience of women retail workers during the historic Eaton's strike of 1985 when 1,500 workers walked off the job. The episodic structure of the film, its reliance on news clips and lively interviews and music by Arlene Mantle and the Red Berets, allow for some breathing room and entertainment in this otherwise very educational hour-long film.
