Biography
Video maker, curator, writer, arts administrator. Malaysia-born, Toronto-bred, Vancouver based Xin has been a stalwart of both Out on Screen and Vancouver’s Video cooperative Video In, as well as a collaborator with local queer makers such as Desiree Lim and Ken Anderlini. His short contribution to the broken heart autobiographical video genre Boulevard of Broken Sync (1996, 3) offers inventively processed and animated imagery as well as witty retribution upon a certain ex who thought they could still be friends.
