Biography
Calgary International Lesbian and Gay Film Festival, “Fairy Tales,” founded in 1998 and held over a weekend in early summer, was a late, sporadic entry to the string of metropolitan queer festivals, with impressive staying power. Its predecessor was the shortlived “The Fire I’ve Become” organized by Kevin D*Souza at the Glenblow Museum in 1995.
